We strive to ensure that all digital renders and photographs of our atmospheric devices—including the Zenith Atmos, Ion-Stix, and NovaSphere Lamp—are as accurate as possible. However, due to variations in monitor displays and the nature of light projection, we cannot guarantee that the physical light output will perfectly match your screen's representation.

3. Pricing & Product Availability

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product (or "Module") at any time.

4. Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect address data provided at the time of checkout.

5. International Fulfillment & Logistics

By purchasing from The Celestial Portal, you acknowledge that:

  • Items may be dispatched from various international fulfillment hubs.

  • The customer is considered the "Importer of Record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer; we have no control over these charges.
