Refund policy

At The Celestial Portal, our commitment to precision engineering means every module undergoes rigorous quality control. However, if your experience is less than celestial, we are here to rectify it.

1. 14-Day Evaluation Period

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your module is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original premium packaging, and including all cables and remotes.

2. Damage & Hardware Malfunctions

If your module arrives damaged or fails to initialize upon first use:

  • Contact us at info.thecelestialportal.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.

  • Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement module immediately at no additional cost to you. In these cases, you are typically not required to return the defective unit.

3. Return Logistics

To initiate a standard return (non-defective), please contact our logistics team for the appropriate return address.

  • Please Note: As we offer complimentary global shipping on all outgoing orders, the cost of return shipping to our international fulfillment hub is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 14-day window.

  • Items not in their original "Aesthetic" packaging.

  • Sale items or promotional "Bundle" sets (unless defective).

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
